Orders
All orders placed with CALVÉRA are subject to product availability and order confirmation. We may contact you to confirm order details, delivery information, or product availability before processing the order. CALVÉRA reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of stock issues, incorrect pricing, incomplete customer information, or suspected misuse.
Product Information
We aim to present product images, descriptions, colors, sizes, dimensions, and other details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or the nature of jewelry finishes. These minor differences do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the CALVÉRA website are shown in NIS unless otherwise stated. Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time your order is placed will apply to that order, subject to correction in the case of an obvious pricing error.
CALVÉRA currently accepts Cash on Delivery and payment through the IBURAQ app. Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future. Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and payment information when completing a purchase.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times vary depending on the delivery area. Current shipping charges and delivery information are available on our Shipping Time & Cost page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier conditions, destination, holidays, or other circumstances outside CALVÉRA’s reasonable control.
Returns are accepted when there is a clear issue with the item received. This includes receiving a defective item, receiving a piece that is materially different from the product shown or described on our website, receiving the wrong item due to an order fulfillment error, or receiving an item damaged during delivery.
The issue must be reported to CALVÉRA within 3 days of receiving the order, and the return must be initiated within the same 3-day period. Please contact our team before returning any item so we can review the case and provide the correct return instructions.
Exchange requests must be reported to CALVÉRA within 3 days of receiving the order. Items submitted for exchange must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Exchange options remain subject to product availability.
The customer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs associated with each exchange.
Eligible CALVÉRA jewelry is covered by our 5-Year Warranty according to the warranty terms applicable to the product. The warranty may cover eligible issues related to color, plating, shine, and manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or physical damage resulting from wear or handling.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CALVÉRA website, including the CALVÉRA name, logo, product photography, graphics, text, design elements, and original website content, is owned by or licensed to CALVÉRA. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior permission.
Website Use
You agree to use the CALVÉRA website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content in a way that infringes the rights of CALVÉRA or others.
Limitation of Liability
CALVÉRA is not responsible for indirect losses, delays, service interruptions, or issues caused by third-party services, courier companies, internet providers, payment providers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
